Floor Plan – First Floor <br /> <br />Items to be Addressed: None <br /> <br />Utilities <br />The applicant is proposing to serve the project with public water and sewer. The applicant is also <br />proposing an underground stormwater system in the southeastern corner of the property (underneath the <br />parking lot). <br /> <br />The size of the project necessitates that the Ramsey-Washington Metro Watershed District review the <br />stormwater plan for the project rather than the City. The applicant submitted to the Watershed and <br />received conditional approval for the stormwater management plan in January 2024. <br /> <br />Items to be Addressed: Any comments or concerns from the City Engineer and/or Ramsey-Washington <br />Metro Watershed District shall be addressed. <br /> <br />Recommendations <br />City Staff is supportive of the applicant's application for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) overlay <br />district, easement vacation, and preliminary and final plat approval. The requested deviations are <br />relatively minor, not inconsistent with nearby properties, and the project is in alignment with the goals <br />and objectives of the City’s Comprehensive Plan. <br />
