Such an approval should <br />be accompanied by the following conditions: <br />1. Any concerns from the City Engineer, Ramsey-Washington Metro Watershed District, and/or <br />Ramsey County shall be addressed. <br />2. The applicant shall provide the City with an address map of the platted lots. <br />3. The applicant must record a shared access and maintenance agreement for the shared driveway <br />and eastern parking lot. <br />4. The applicant must record a shared access and maintenance agreement for the access point in Lot <br />2 in the eastern parking lot. <br />5.
