A public hearing was held, and the requests were <br />approved at the December 20, 2023, City Council meeting. The proposal has not changed in site <br />arrangement, height, density, or appearance since these approvals were granted. <br /> <br />As shown in Figure 1, the site currently contains a 924-square-foot single-family home on the northern <br />end (2550 Rice), a 2,016-square-foot commercial building (Flameburger’s current location, 2534 Rice), a
