Ralph Nardini <br /> Mr. Joseph Vitale, Jr. <br /> Mr. Peter Costa <br /> ALSO PRESEiJT: City Clerk Mr. Joseph Chlebeck <br /> City Planner Mr. Brad Nielson <br /> Recording Secretary Mrs. Kathleen Glanzer <br /> Mayor Flans on stated for the record that the reason for tonight's <br /> special joint meeting of the Planning Commission and tyre City Council <br /> is to discuss the proposed Subdivision Ordinance and snake any final <br /> revisions. Once the final revisions are made, the Planner will then <br /> prepare the ordinance for final print and adoption by the City Council. <br /> Councilwoman Scalze brought up the subject of park land dedication <br /> fees. The Planner reported that the Council recently adopted <br /> Ordinance {1161 which sets the method of determining park land <br /> dedication fees for developments. The Planner, Pqr. Nie1sorr, informed <br /> the Council and Planning Commission that the proposed Subdivision <br /> Ordinance does not reflect the changes brought about by the adoption <br /> <br /> of Ordinance #161.
