<br /> P4INUTES <br /> City Council <br /> (Cont'd.) <br /> January 17, 1930 <br /> The Planning Commission hereby recommends to the Council that 'the Fourth <br /> Draft of the Subdivision Ordinance be approved as is. <br /> The Council will probably act on the Subdivision Ordinance at its February <br /> regular Council meeting. <br /> Mr. Nielson stated that he will put the Subdivision Ordinance in final <br /> form with the exception of page 14. Page 1~J will be typed both evays - <br /> one version wi71 call for the park charge based on assessed value, the <br /> other version will call for the park charge based on market value. <br /> In accordance with the action that the Council takes on the Subdivision <br /> Ordinance, the appropriate page can be inserted into the final version. <br /> Mr. Nielson connnented that the next joint meeting of the Planning Commission <br /> and Council is set for Thursday, January 2~ at 7:30 P.M. Flt that meeting <br /> the Planning Commission and Council will discuss the questions and <br /> revisions of the first two major sections of the proposed Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and then discuss the Administrative section of the proposed Zoning <br /> Ordinance. <br /> Councilwoman Sca1ze asked the City Clerk to have available at the next <br /> Ca~uanci1 meeting some tax statements for various developments on which <br /> the City is setting park charges, so the Council can compare the assessed <br /> values and the market values. <br /> Mayor Hanson moved the meeting adjourned. Frank Winiecki seconded that <br /> motion. A11 were in favor of adjourning.
