Councilman Debase also stated thaB 'the <br /> City would be requesting the Contmun:ity i)evelopntent Cor;Noration to <br /> be developers no matter vahere -the site was, <br /> JeDace asked Bice hour much rnon~;y per unit vrould be allowed for the <br /> Land, Rice replied `w1,500.00 per ttnit for land.
