The Mayor indicated to <br /> the Building Inspector that the Council is not requesting that he <br /> attend Council meetings, but if the Council has something to discuss <br /> with him, they will give him notice in advance of a Council meeting <br /> to attend. Councilwoman Scalze stated that if the Building Inspector <br /> has something he vaould like 'to discuss with the Council, he should <br /> attend a Coran~il meeting for the purposes of discussing the problem. <br /> Councilwoman Scalze questioned if anyone has checked the setback of <br /> the Gopher Electronic building. Scalze stated that the building <br /> looked closer to the lake than the 50 foot setback regr.iirement. Mr. <br /> Squires stated that he would check this out. <br /> Councilman DeBace questioned if i1r. Squires is notified of any special <br /> conditions that the Council might place on a development. The City <br /> Clerk stated that these conditions are set forth in the Corancil meeting <br /> minutes, of which the Building Inspector receives a copy. Also the <br /> minutes pertaining to each development are filed in the files pertaining <br /> to that development. I4r. Squires stated that if 'the Cor,~ncil feels <br /> strongly about Borne special conditions it is requiring fora development, <br /> iie should receive special notice of them. <br /> page _n,_ <br /> <br />
