<br /> MINUTES <br /> City Council <br /> (Cont'd.) <br /> February 13, 1980 <br /> Council then voted for which of the two newly elected Planning <br /> Commission members, Sharon Timmons or Thomas Ducharme, would serve <br /> the three year term.
