MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING <br /> OF TEIE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br /> February 21, 1980 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the <br /> Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the <br /> 21st day of February, 1980, in the Council Chambers of the City <br /> Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br /> Mayor Raymond Hanson chaired ancf called the meeting to order at <br /> 7:30 P.M. <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Raymond Hanson <br /> Councilman Mr. Robert DeBace <br /> Councilman Mr. Michael Fahey <br /> Councilman Mr. Roy Nadeau, Jr. <br /> Councilwoman Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br /> ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Mr. Clayton Parks <br /> Recording Secretary Mrs. Kathleen Glanzer <br /> ABSENT: City Clerk Mr. Joseph Chlebeck <br /> <br /> Replenish Mayor Hanson reported that the Office has requested that the Petty <br /> Petty Cash Fund be replenished with $100.00. <br /> <br /> Cash <br /> Fund Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-2-98 -TRANSFERRING $100.00 FROM <br /> THE GENERAL FUND TO THE PETTY CASFI FUND <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. DeBace. <br /> Ayes (5) Fahey, DeBace, Nadeau, Hanson, Scalze. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 61. <br /> Tom's Mr. Tom Belair appeared before the Council requesting approval of a <br /> Pizza remodeling permit to remodel the old dentist office in a manner <br /> which would house a take-out pizza business with seating for 12 <br /> patrons. Mr. Belair reported that the remodeling would consist of <br /> the removal of some partitions and 'the addition of a restroom. <br /> The location of this business is 2750 Lakeshore Avenue. <br /> Councilman DeBace stated that the reason Mr. Belair was requested <br /> to appear before the Council on this matter was because the <br /> remodeling had begun and Mr. Belair had not taken out the proper <br /> permits to ensure that the inspections would be made on the premises. <br /> Mr. Belair reported that he has now taken out the plumbing permit <br /> that is required, and that inspection has been made.
