MINUTES <br /> City Council <br /> (Cont'd.) <br /> March 26, 1980 <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br /> Ayes (5) Fahey, Flanson, DeBace, Nadeau, Scalze. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book Plo. 6, Page 86. <br /> Morrison The City Clerk suggested to the Council that the Morrison and McMenemy <br /> Drainage drainage improvement be paid for from the 1978 water improvement fund. <br /> Project The Clerk stated that most of the monies in that fund were obtained <br /> from assessments to 'the residents of the Morrison and McMenergy area. <br /> Mr. DeBace introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-3-135 - ORDERING TFIE MORRISON AND McMENEMY <br /> DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT AND PAYMENT OF TFIE PROJECT TO 6E MADE <br /> FROM THE 1978 WATER IMPROVEMENT FUND <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br /> Ayes (5) DeBace, Hanson, Nadeau, Scalze, Fahey. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 87. <br /> Councilman DeBace suggested taking the remaining monies in the 1978 <br /> water improvement fund off the debt retirement. The City Clerk suggested <br /> that the Council hold on to this money in case a small improvement comes <br /> in this year and the improvement can be paid for with this money. <br /> Mosted Councilman DeBace asked the City Attorney where the City stands with <br /> Lawsuit regard to the Mosted lawsuit that the Councilmembers were notified of. <br /> The Attorney stated that it appears Mr. Mosted is suing the City again. <br /> Parks will review the matter and report back to Council at the next <br /> meeting. <br /> <br /> Adjourn Mr. Nadeau introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-3-136 - ADJOURNING <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br /> Naees(5o Nadeau, Fahey, Flanson, Scalze, DeBace. <br /> Y ( <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 87. <br /> There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 10:38 P.M. <br /> Respectful//ly submitted, <br /> Kathleen Glanzer, Recordiā Secretary <br /> Page -11- <br /> <br />
