Fahey suggested that the Council <br /> take up this subject at a later date. <br /> Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-3-132 - AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISEMENT <br /> FOR A CITIZENS' ADVISORY COMMITTEE TO STUDY THE FEASIBILITY <br /> OF THE CITY'S PURCHASING THE OLD LITTLE CANADA SCHOOL 6UILDING <br /> 1"he foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> byes (5) Scalze, Nadeau, Fahey, Elanson, DeBace. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 85. <br /> League Of The City received a letter from the League of Minnesota Cities encouraging <br /> Minnesota the City to notify its Senator and Flouse Representative of its support of <br /> Cities certain items outlined in the letter. One of these items was the bond <br /> situation in the State of Minnesota. <br /> Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-3-133 - INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO <br /> SEND A LETTER TO THE CITY'S SENATOR AND HOUSE REPRESENTATIVE <br /> DECLARING TFIE CITY'S SUPPORT OF THE ITEMS OUTLINED IN TFIE <br /> LETTER THE CITY RECEIVED FROM THE LEAGUE OF MINNESOTA CITIES <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br /> Ayes (5) Fahey, Scalze, Hanson, DeBace, Nadeau. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Pages 85 and 86. <br /> Twin Lake A public hearing has been scheduled for April 9, 1980 on the Twin Lake <br /> Road Road improvement. Due to the lack of bond sales in the State of Minnesota, <br /> Improvement it is suggested that the improvement hearing be cancelled until such <br /> time as the State Legislature resolves this situation. <br /> Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-3-13~ - CANCELLING THE TWIN LAKE ROAD <br /> IMPROVEMENT FIEARING UNTIL BONDING MATTERS BEFORE THE <br /> STATE LEGISLATURE ARE RESOLVED <br /> Page -10- <br /> <br />
