<br /> MINUTES <br /> CITY Council <br /> (Cont.) <br /> April 9, 1980 <br /> Condominium Councilwoman Scalze suggested that the Planning Commission review <br /> Ordinance the City's proposed Condominium Ordinance. The City Clerk asked <br /> that the City Attorney have this ordinance ready for the next Planning <br /> Commission meeting. <br /> NSP Councilwoman Scalze stated that the Little Canada Free Press include <br /> Power an article notifying people of NSP's intentions to do some construction <br /> Lines work on their power lines. <br /> fences Councilman Fahey stated that the Planner is saying that barbed wire on <br /> a fence should go inwards. Fahey stated that he believes this is <br /> incorrect, that the barbed wire should go outwards. <br /> The Attorney stated that if there was a fence right on a property <br /> line the barbed wire would have to go inwards. Otherwise on a <br /> security fence, the wire should go outwards. <br /> Sprinkler Mr. Nadeau reported that Frank Winiecki has wrote a letter to the <br /> Systems City informing the City that the Fire Marshall is not qualified to <br /> Inspections do an adequate inspection of a sprinkler system. Mr. Nadeau suggested <br /> that the plumbing inspector may have the necessary expertise to do the <br /> inspection. <br /> Councilman DeBace stated that the Fire Marshall makes an initial <br /> inspection, after that the building's insurance company would make <br /> inspection of the system. <br /> Mayor Flanson suggested that Mr. Nadeau research this matter. <br /> Approval Mr. DeBace introduced the following resolution and moved its acloption: <br /> Of <br /> Sanitary RESOLUTION N0. 80-4-149 - APPROVING THE CONNECTION OF <br /> Sewer THE SANITARY SEWER LINE TO THE METRO SEWER LINE FOR <br /> Connection THE RAUENFIORST CORPORATION <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br /> Ayes (5) DeBace, Hanson, Nadeau, Scalze, Fahey. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 96. <br /> sealcoating Councilman DeBace reported that according to the Utility Department's <br /> Bids for five-year plan for the sealcoating of City streets, the Council should <br /> 1980 call for bids for the sealcoating of LaBore Road from Centerville Road <br /> to Edgerton, Eli Road, Desoto Street, Noel Drive, Schletty Drive, <br /> the City Hall parking lot, and the Fire Mall parking lot. <br /> Page -13- <br /> <br />
