<br /> MINUTES <br /> qty C uncil <br /> ~Cont.~ <br /> April 9, 1980 <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br /> Ayes (5) Fahey, Scalze, Hanson, DeBace, Nadeau. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Pages 88 and 89. <br /> Mr. Nadeau introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-4-139 -APPROVING THE VACATION OF A <br /> CERTAIN PORTION OF BOSS ROAD LYING NORTH OF LaBORE <br /> ROAD, EAST OF THE S00 LINE RAILROAD AND WEST OF LOT 8, <br /> BLOCK 1, BOSS ADDITION IN SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 29, RANGE 22 <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br /> Ayes (5) Nadeau, Hanson, Scalze, Fahey, DeBace. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 89. <br /> Art Ryan Mr. Art Ryan appeared before the Council requesting approval of a <br /> Request building permit for Lot 9, Block 4 of Ryan's Industrial Park. Mr. <br /> For Ryan stated that the plantings proposed for along Ryan drive will be <br /> Building moved back so that they will not interfere with the drainage in the <br /> Permit area. <br /> Councilman Fahey asked Mr. Ryan when the landscaping that is planned <br /> for other areas of Ryan's Industrial Park will be completed. Mr. <br /> Ryan told Mr. Fahey that he has been waiting for Spring to finish <br /> the landscaping. <br /> Mrs. Scalze stated that she would like to see more area devoted to <br /> grass for the building Mr. Ryan is proposing. Scalze stated that <br /> there are only two grassy areas presently in the whole of Ryan's <br /> Industrial Park. <br /> Mr. Ryan stated that any area surrounding the proposed building that <br /> isn't devoted to parking he would devote to grass. <br /> Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-4-140 - APPROVING A BUILDING PERMIT FOR <br /> LOT 9, BLOCK 4 OF RYAN'S INDUSTRIAL PARK WITH A BOND BEING <br /> REQUIRED IN THE AMOUNT OF $750.00 FOR LANDSCAPING AND <br /> FURTHER REQUIRING TI-IAT THE AREAS ON TFIE NORTH, EAST AND <br /> WEST SIDE OF TFIE BUILDING WHICFI ARE NOT DEVOTED TO PARKING <br /> 6E PLFlCED AS GRASSY AREAS <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br /> ayes (5) Fahey, Hanson, Nadeau, DeBace, Scalze. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 90. <br /> Page -2_- <br /> <br />
