MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br /> May 14, 1980 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br /> Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the <br /> 14th day of May, 1980 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br /> located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br /> The Mayor, Mr. Raymond Hanson, chaired and called the meeting to <br /> order at 7:33 P.M. <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Raymond Hanson <br /> Councilman Mr. Robert DeBace <br /> Councilman Mr. Michael Fahey <br /> Councilman Mr. Roy Nadeau, Jr. <br /> Councilwoman Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br /> ALSO PRESENT: City Clerk Mr. Joseph Ch1ebeck <br /> City Attorney Mr. Clayton Parks <br /> Consulting Engineer Mr. Donald Carley <br /> Recording Secretary Mrs. Kathleen Glanzer <br /> The City Clerk announced that there was a quorum of the Council present. <br /> <br /> Approval Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> Of The <br /> Minutes RESOLUTION N0. 80-5-164 - APPROVING THE MINUTES <br /> OF THE APRIL 9, 1980 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> Ayes (5) Scalze, Nadeau, Hanson, DeBace, Fahey. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 106. <br /> Rezoning A public hearing had been set for tonight's meeting to discuss the <br /> Gagne proposed rezoning of a certain portion of the Gagne property. Plr. <br /> Property Gagne was not present, so Council decided to await calling the public <br /> hearing until Mr. Gagne arrived. <br /> Kruse The City Clerk informed the Council that in the 1940's St. John's <br /> Property Church and Mr. Burt Kruse swaped some property. The property division <br /> Division was never recorded. <br /> Mr. Dave Hoffman, son-in-law of Mr. Kruse, appeared before the Council <br /> requesting Council approval of the property division so that the <br /> trade could be recorded. <br /> The P~ayor stated that the property division was in order and only <br /> requires Council approval. <br /> Page -1- <br /> <br />
