<br /> MINUTES <br /> CITY Council <br /> (Cont.) <br /> Play 14, 1980 <br /> Mr. Nadeau introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION P10. 80-5-165 - APPROVING THE PROPERTY DIVISION <br /> AS REQUESTED BY MR. BURT KRUSE AND ST. JOHN'S CHURCH FOR <br /> THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE PROPERTY AS DESCRIBED IN 581 <br /> OF DEEDS, PAGE 567 <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. DeBace. <br /> ayes (5) Nadeau, DeBace, Hanson, Fahey, Scalze. <br /> Nay es (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Pages 106 and 107. <br /> Public Mr. Gagne appeared at the Council meeting and the Council opened the <br /> Hearing On public hearing to discuss the possible rezoning of a certain portion <br /> Rezoning Of of the Gagne property from B-2 to R-1. <br /> A Certain <br /> Portion Of Mayor Hanson reported that the Planning Commission recommended approval <br /> The Gagne of the rezoning at their April 3, 1980 meeting. Hanson also pointed <br /> Property that the Planner has made some recommendations concerning this proposed <br /> rezoning. <br /> Mr. Gagne informed the Council that the 40 foot strip that the Planner <br /> refers to in his recommendations will remain zoned commercial. Mr. <br /> Gagne also stated that the driveway for the house he proposed to <br /> build will exit on Conduit Street. Mr. Gagne stated that there presently <br /> is a 30 foot easement through his property for Conduit Street. The <br /> Planner is recommending a 60 foot easement. Mr. Gagne stated that <br /> he does not want to give the City an additional 30 feet easement at this <br /> time. However, he would place his house so that should his land develop <br /> there would be room for the City to obtain that additional 30 foot <br /> easement the Planner suggests. <br /> There was no one present objecting to this proposed rezoning. <br /> Mr. Nadeau introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-5-166 - CLOSING THE PUBLIC HEARING <br /> ON THE REZONING OF A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE GAGNE <br /> PROPERTY <br /> THE foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. DeBace. <br /> Hayes (0). <br /> Ayes (5) Nadeau, DeBace, Hanson, Scalze, Fahey. <br /> Resolution declared alopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Res o1ution Book No. 6, Page 107. <br /> Councilman Fahey stated that the City's new Subdivision Ordinance <br /> requires that structures built on unusually large lots must provide <br /> for the resubdivision of the property. Mayor Hanson stated that if <br /> Mr. Gagne ever did resubdivide, he must have lot sizes that comply <br /> with City code. <br /> Page -2- <br /> <br />
