<br /> MINUTES <br /> City Council <br /> June 25, 1980 <br /> DeBace Mr. Robert DeBace appeared before the Council. Mr. DeBace informed <br /> Land Filling 'the Council that he wished to raise the. building he is.proposiny to <br /> build on Country Drive one foot. Mr. DeBace would also like to <br /> clo.some filling in the back of the property up to the.NSP tower <br /> stand. Mr. DeBace estimated that he would be using 300 to 400 yards <br /> of fly ash to do the filling. <br /> Mr. DeBace stated that he contacted the PCA regarding this filling. <br /> They informed Mr. DeBace that due to the .quantity of Fill involved' <br /> they need not take any action. Mr. DeBace asked the PCA to send <br /> him a letter to this effect. <br /> Mr. DeBace informed the Council that he would be gettih,g the fly ash <br /> from NSP. However, NSP has requested that the City send them a <br /> letter approving the filling. <br /> Council saw no problem with this request as long as the PCA sends <br /> Mr. DeBace the letter he has requested. <br /> Mayor lianson instructed the City Clerk to send NSP the note that Mr. <br /> DeBace has requested. <br /> Adjourning Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptions <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-6-237 - ADJOURNING <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Manson. <br /> Ayes (4) Fahey, Hanson, Scalze, DeBace. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 151. <br /> There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:05 P.M. <br /> Respectfully submitte~d~' <br /> Kathleen Glanzer' <br /> Recording Secretary <br /> Page -6- <br /> <br />
