MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA July 9, 1980 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 9th day of July, 1980 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. The Mayor, Mr. Raymond Hanson, chaired and called the meeting to order at 7:30 P. M. MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Raymond Ffanson Councilman Mr. Michael Fahey Councilman Mr. Robert DeBace Councilman Mr. Roy Nadeau, Jr. Councilwoman Mrs. Beverly Scalze ALSO PRESENT: City Clerk Mr. Joseph Chlebeck City Attorney Mr. Clayton Parks Consulting Engineer Mr. Donald Carley Recording Secretary Mrs. Kathleen Glanzer Approval Of Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: The Minutes RESOLUTION N0. 80-7-238 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE JUNE 11, 1980 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND THE MINUTES OF THE JUNE 25, 1980 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. Ayes (5) Scalze, Fahey, Hanson, DeBace, Nadeau. Hayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 152. Vacation Mayor Hanson called to order the public hearing on the proposed vacation Of Partial of a partial cul-de-sac abutting Lot 2, Block 2 Payne Avenue Addition. Cul-De-Sac There was no one present wishing to speak on the subject of the vacation. Payne Avenue Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 80-7-239 - CLOSING THE PUBLIC NEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF A PARTIAL CUL-DE-SAC ON NORTH PAYNE AVENUE ABUTTING LOT 2, BLOCK 2 PAYNE AVENUE ADDITION IN SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 29, RANGE 22, COUNTY OF RAMSEY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau.
