Houle for the Payne Avenue improvement. <br /> Houle <br /> Mr. DeBace introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-7-263 - ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENT N0. 79-1 <br /> AND ORDERING THE FINAL PAYMENT BE MADE TO C. W. HOULE IN <br /> THE AMOUNT OF $42,816.03 <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br /> ayes (5) DeBace, Hanson, Fahey, Nadeau, Scalze. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 169. <br /> Bushes The City Clerk informed the Council that Mrs. Boysen is objecting to the <br /> On Flrcade bushes on the intersection of Arcade Street and Keller Parkway being trimmed. <br /> & Keller The bushes are on the County right-of-way and are a traffic hazard. <br /> Parkway The County has requested that Council send them a resolution requesting <br /> the bushes be trimmed. <br /> Council informed the Clerk to send the County a letter requesting the <br /> bushes be trimmed. <br /> Street Councilman DeBace reported that a street light has been requested for the <br /> Light South end of South Owasso Blvd. <br /> South <br /> Owasso Mr. DeBace introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-7-264 - APPROVING THE INSTALLATION OF <br /> A STREET LIGHT ON THE SOUTFI END OF SOUTH OWASSO BLVD. <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> Ayes (5) DeBace, Hanson, Fahey, Nadeau, Scalze. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 169. <br /> Street Mayor Hanson reported that Mrs. Rose Gervais would like the street light <br /> Light removed from the back of her property. <br /> Gervais <br /> Property Councilman DeBace stated that he would have the Utility Department check <br /> this out. <br /> City Councilman DeBace informed the Council that the gas tanks will be installed <br /> Garage at the City garage on Friday or Monday. He and the Utility Department will <br /> make an inspection of the garage to make sure everything is O. K. <br /> DeBace stated that the Utility Department has one price on the blacktopping <br /> and removal of the peat and will be getting two more. <br /> Page -19- <br /> <br />
