MINUTES <br /> City Council <br /> July 9, ].980 <br /> Seon Mr. Seon Anderson has made application fora conditional use permit <br /> Anderson to operate a duplex at 2698 Lakeshore Avenue. <br /> Conditional _ <br /> Use Permit Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptions <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-7-250 - SETTING A PUBLIC FIEARING DATE <br /> FOR AUGUST 13, 1980 ON TfiE REC~UEST OF SEON ANDERSON FOR <br /> A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO OPERATE A DUPLEX A1' 2698 LAKESI-IORE <br /> AVENUE <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Manson. <br /> Ayes (5) Scalze, Hanson, Fahey, DeBace, Nadeau. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 161. <br /> Paul Borg Mr Paul Borg has requested that a portion of his property on County <br /> Conditional Road B-2 and Jackson street be rezoned from R-1 to R-3 so that he may <br /> Use Permit construct a tri-plex on the property. <br /> Tri-Plex _ <br /> Mr. Hanson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptions <br /> RESOLUTION N0..80-7-251 - SCFIEDULING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR <br /> AUGUST 13, 1980 ON THE REZONING OF A PORTION OF "fHE PAUL BORG PROPERTY <br /> FROM R-l to R-3 FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING A TRI-PLEX ON THE <br /> PROPERTY <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly .seconded .by Mr. Fahey. <br /> Ayes (5) Hanson, Fahey, DeBace, Nadeau, Scalze. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 161. <br /> <br /> Jespersen Mr. Morris Jespersen appeared before the Council requesting the <br /> Property division of one lot from his property. <br /> Division - <br /> Mayor Hanson stated that this is just a simple property division and <br /> does not have to be reviewed by the Planning Commission. Mayor I-Janson <br /> stated that the Planning Commission should be notified to not refer <br /> simple property divisions to the City Planner. <br /> Mrs. Scalze intr.ocluced the following resolution and moved its adoptions <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-7-252 - APPROVING TI-IE JESPERSEN PROPERTY <br /> DIVISION AS PRESENTED <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by f9r.
