MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br /> August 13, 1980 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br /> Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the <br /> 13th day of August, 1980 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br /> located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br /> The Mayor, Mr. Raymond Flanson, chaired and called the meeting to <br /> order at 7:30 P.M. <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Raymond Hanson <br /> Councilman Mr. Robert DeBace <br /> Councilman Mr. Michael Fahey <br /> Councilman Mr. Roy Nadeau, Jr. <br /> Councilwoman Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br /> ALSO PRESENT: City Clerk Mr. Joseph Chlebeck <br /> City Attorney Mr. Clayton Parks <br /> Consulting Engineer Mr. Donald Carley <br /> City Planner Mr. Brad Nielson <br /> Recording Secretary Mrs. Kathleen Glanzer <br /> <br /> Approval 0f Mrs. Scalze indicated that on page 21 of the minutes of the July 9, <br /> The Minutes 1980 Regular Council Meeting, the paragraph referring to the fence <br /> in Spooner Park should indicate the Park Commission in that paragraph <br /> rather than the Recreation Department. <br /> Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-8-280 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br /> JULY 9, 7.960 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING WITH AN AMENDMENT <br /> CHANGING THE REFERENCE OF TFIE RECREATION DEPARTMENT TO <br /> THE PARK COMMISSION ON PAGE 21 OF THE MINUTES, TFIE <br /> PARAGRAPH ADRESSING THE IMPROVEMENT OF SPDONER PARK <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> Ayes (5) Fahey, Nadeau, Scalze, Hanson, DeBace. <br /> Noyes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Pages 179 and 180. <br /> Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-8-2F31 - APPROVING TFIE MINUTES OF TFIE <br /> JULY 23, 1980 SPECIAL COUNCTL MEETING <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br /> Ayes (5) Fahey, Scalze, FJanson, DeBace, Nadeau. <br /> Noyes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 180. <br /> Page -1- <br /> <br />
