MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA August 13, 1980 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of August, 1980 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. The Mayor, Mr. Raymond Flanson, chaired and called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Raymond Hanson Councilman Mr. Robert DeBace Councilman Mr. Michael Fahey Councilman Mr. Roy Nadeau, Jr. Councilwoman Mrs. Beverly Scalze ALSO PRESENT: City Clerk Mr. Joseph Chlebeck City Attorney Mr. Clayton Parks Consulting Engineer Mr. Donald Carley City Planner Mr. Brad Nielson Recording Secretary Mrs. Kathleen Glanzer Approval 0f Mrs. Scalze indicated that on page 21 of the minutes of the July 9, The Minutes 1980 Regular Council Meeting, the paragraph referring to the fence in Spooner Park should indicate the Park Commission in that paragraph rather than the Recreation Department. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 80-8-280 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE JULY 9, 7.960 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING WITH AN AMENDMENT CHANGING THE REFERENCE OF TFIE RECREATION DEPARTMENT TO THE PARK COMMISSION ON PAGE 21 OF THE MINUTES, TFIE PARAGRAPH ADRESSING THE IMPROVEMENT OF SPDONER PARK The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. Ayes (5) Fahey, Nadeau, Scalze, Hanson, DeBace. Noyes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Pages 179 and 180. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 80-8-2F31 - APPROVING TFIE MINUTES OF TFIE JULY 23, 1980 SPECIAL COUNCTL MEETING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. Ayes (5) Fahey, Scalze, FJanson, DeBace, Nadeau. Noyes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 180. Page -1-
