<br /> MINUTES <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> August 13, 1980 <br /> Petition Council received a petition requesting the vacation of Jackson Street <br /> FOR on the west side of the Oakmont Condominium. <br /> Vacation Of <br /> Jackson Mayor Hanson stated that the petition should be referred to the <br /> Street Engineer for an adequacy report. <br /> Mr. Nadeau introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-8-299 - REFERRING THE PETITION FOR THE <br /> CKS N STREET TO THE CITY ENGINEER <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. DeBace. <br /> Ayes (5) Nadeau, DeBace, Scalze, Fahey, Hanson. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 792. <br /> Councilman Nadeau stated that he would like a feasibility report done <br /> on the improvement of Jackson Street from County Road B-2 to the <br /> Del_auris property by sewer and street. <br /> Mr. Nadeau introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-8-300 - REQUESTING THE ENGINEER TO PREPARE <br /> A FEASIBILITY REPORT ON THE INSTALLATION OF SANITARY SEWER <br /> AND STREET IMPROVEMENT OF JACKSON STREET FROM COUNTY ROAD <br /> B-2 TO THE DeLAURIS PROPERTY <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br /> Pyes (4) Nadeau, Hanson, Fahey, DeBace. <br /> Nayes (O). <br /> Mrs. Scalze was not present. <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 193. <br /> Amending Mr. Hanson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> The <br /> Agenda RESOLUTION N0. 80-8-301 - AMENDING THE AGENDA TO HEAR <br /> ITEMS FROM THE FLOOR <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> Ayes (4) Hanson, Nadeau, DeBace, Fahey. <br /> Nayes (0). Mrs. Scalze was not present. <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 193. <br /> Yorkton Mr. Larry Lee of Yorkton Limited appeared before the Council requesting <br /> Limited approval of the $500,000 bond issue for Yorkton Industrial Building A <br /> Project.
