Councilman Fahey had previously objected
to these park open hours as it would cause people to guess the time of
sunrise and sunset to determine the park open hours.
Scalze reported that these hours are in accordance with the open hours
Ramsey County has established for its parks. Scalze also stated that
the Park Commission wants the tennis court to be opened later than the
one-half hour after sunset, however.
Page -20-
