<br /> MINUTES <br /> City Council <br /> September 8, 1980 <br /> THE ASSESSMENTS FOR LOTS 25, 26, 27, 28 AND 29, BLOCK 1 <br /> SHOULD BE REDUCED BY 30 FEET FOR ThIE PROPERTY ENCOMPASSED <br /> BY LAKE STREET AND THIS AMOUNT SHOULD BE ASSESSED TO THE <br /> CITY AND DEFERRED <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br /> {dyes (5) Fahey, Scalze, Nadeau, DeBace, Hanson. <br /> Nayes (0 <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Pages 224 and 225. <br /> One of the property owners along Ruth Street informed the Council that there <br /> are presently some assessments against his property that he has been paying. <br /> The Council was asked if he would get credit against the assessments just <br /> levied for the assessments he has been paying in the past. <br /> The Engineer stated that he u~ould look into what assessments have been paid <br /> on the property and report back. <br /> Terreau Mayor Hanson reported that the Wally Terreau property was assessed for <br /> Property 160 feet. P1r. Terreau feels he should have been assessed for only 102 <br /> feet. <br /> The Engineer stated that he would look into this matter and report back <br /> to the Council. <br /> Plo Parking Mayor Hanson reported that the Fire Department has requested that the no <br /> Signs parking signs on the north side of Little Canada Road from Noel Drive to <br /> Little McMenenly be removed. The firemen use this area for parking their cars <br /> Canada during fire calls. <br /> Road <br /> Mr. Hanson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 80-9-342 - REQUESTING THE COUNTY TO REMOVE <br /> THE NO-PARKING SIGNS ON TFIE NORTH SIDE OF LITTLE CANADA ROAD <br /> FROM NOEL DRIVE TO THE INTERSECTION OF McMENEMY <br /> THE foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br /> Ayes (5) Hanson, Fahey, DeBace, Nadeau, Scalze. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 226. <br /> Adjourning Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-9-343 - ADJOl1RNING <br /> Page 14- <br /> <br />
