<br /> MINUTES <br /> City Council <br /> September 8, 1980 <br /> Mr. DeBace introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-9-320 - CLOSING THE PUBLIC NEARING <br /> ON IMPROVEMENT NO. 78-5 <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br /> Ayes (5) DeBace, Fahey, Hanson, Scalze, Nadeau. <br /> Nayes (0 <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 205. <br /> Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80=9-321 - APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE <br /> ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR IMPROVEMENT 78-5, AUD. N0. 1772, <br /> D/P N0. 1772, INTEREST: 10%, INSTALLMENTS: 15 YEARS <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br /> Ayes (5) Fahey, Scalze, Hanson; DeBace, Nadeau. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Pages 206 and 207. <br /> Pu61ic The City Clerk reported that Mr. Mariano Frattalone has requested a <br /> Flearing senior citizen deferment for the assessments proposed to be levied against <br /> Improvements his property, Parcel #53-54200-031-00. The Clerk reported that the County <br /> No. 78-6 & will verify the age of Mr. Frattalone to determine whether he would qualify <br /> 78-7 for the deferment. <br /> Mr. Mike Frattalone appeared before the Council and informed the Council <br /> that when.Improvement No. '78-6 also known as 78-7, the improvement of <br /> County Road D by sanitary sewer and water, and Improvement No. 78-6, the <br /> improvement of Desoto by sewer and water, were ordered, the Council <br /> discussed the deferment of the assessments for the Dave Frattalone <br /> property, Parcel #53-54200-040-00. The Attorney stated that he remembers <br /> something like this being discussed. Attorney Parks stated that he would <br /> check this out. <br /> Councilman Fahey stated that the Council could levy the assessments <br /> against the Dave Frattalone property and if the Attorney determines that <br /> the assessments should be deferred, the Council can do that at a later date. <br /> Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-9-32'2.- CLOSING THE PUBLIC HEARING ON <br /> IMPROVEMENT 78-6 ALSO KNOWN AS IMPROVEMENT 78-7 FOR COUNTY <br /> ROAD D BY SANITARY:SEWER AND ON IMPROVEMENT N0. 78-6 FOR DESOTO <br /> STREET BY SADIITARY SEWER AND ROAD <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> Ayes (5) Fahey, Nadeau, Hanson, DeBace, Scalze. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 207. <br /> Page -2- <br /> <br />
