<br /> MINUTES <br /> City Council <br /> September 10, 1980 <br /> Tabling Attorney Sue Rossbach presented 'to the Council a proposed noise ordinance. <br /> Noise Ms. Rossbach informed the Council that the ordinance was based on <br /> Ordinance Bloomington's noise ordinance. <br /> Council felt they should review the ordinance before taking action on it. <br /> Mr. Hanson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION PIO. 80-9-357 - TABLING ACTION ON THE PROPOSED <br /> NOISE ORDINANCE UNTIL TFIE OCTOBER 8, 1980 REGULAR COUNCIL <br /> MEETING <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br /> Ayes (5) Hanson, Fahey, Scalze, DeBace, Nadeau. <br /> Hayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 234. <br /> Land Fill Attorney Rossbach presented to the Council a proposed land fill ordinance. <br /> Ordinance Under the ordinance a permit would be required for 100 cubic yards of fi71 <br /> and over. The ordinance also provides a fee schedule for the permit. <br /> Mr. Fahey introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption: <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 170 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING IN ITS ENTIRETY <br /> THE LITTLE CANADA CODE, CHAPTER 1501, LAND FILL OPERATIONS <br /> The foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Mr. Manson. <br /> Ayes (5) Fahey, Hanson, Scalze, DeBace, Nadeau. <br /> Hayes (0). <br /> Ordinance declared adopted. <br /> Public The City Clerk reported that the Minnesota League has informed him that <br /> Nearing any city which adopts a condominium ordinance after April 1, 1980 <br /> Condominium must hold a public hearing on that ordinance. The Council adopted <br /> Ordinance the City's Condominium Ordinance in July of 1980. <br /> The Attorney stated that it would be a good idea to hold this public <br /> hearing. <br /> Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-9-358 - CALLING A PUBLIC FIEARING AT THE <br /> OCTOBER 8, 1980 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING FOR THE COPIDOMINIUM <br /> ORDINANCE <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br /> Ayes (5) Scalze, Fahey, Hanson, Nadeau, DeBace. <br /> Hayes (O). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 235. <br /> Page -11- <br /> <br />
