<br /> MINUTES <br /> City Council <br /> September 10, 1980 <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Flans on. <br /> Ayes (5) Fahey, Hanson, Scalze, Nadeau, DeBace. <br /> Nayes (O). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 238. <br /> The Clerk reported that Mr. Harry Rondeau has sold his property to Mr. <br /> McNamara. There are deferred assessments on this property which were <br /> to be levied at the time the property was sold. <br /> Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its aioption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-9-366 - LEVYING THE DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS <br /> ON THE FIARRY RONDEFlU PROPERTY WNICH WAS SOLD TO MR. McNAMARA <br /> THE foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br /> ayes (5) Fahey, Scalze, DeBace, Hanson, Dladeau. <br /> Nayes (O). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 239. <br /> The Clerk reported that Mr. Ryan has sold some property of his on <br /> Country Drive to Mr. Robert DeBace. There were deferred assessments <br /> on this property which were to be levied at the time the property was <br /> sold. <br /> Mr. Hanson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-9-367 - LEVYING THE DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS ON <br /> THE DeBACE PROPERTY LOCATED ON COUNTRY DRIVE <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> ayes (5) Hanson, Nadeau, DeBace, Scalze, Fahey. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 239. <br /> The Clerk questioned whether the deferred assessments on the Don Gagne <br /> property should be levied at this time.
