<br /> MINUTES <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> September 10, 1980 <br /> Transfer Of The City Clerk reported that the documents are not yet in on the transfer <br /> 3.2 Beer of the 3.2 beer license from John flardy's Bar-B-Q to Country Smoke House. <br /> License <br /> Change In Mr. Fahey reported that the employees of the City of Little Canada would <br /> Employees' like to exchange two holidays. They would like to switch November 11, <br /> Holidays 1980 for the day after Thanksgiving and October 13, 1980 for the day <br /> after Christmas. <br /> Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 80-9-363 - APPROVING THE EXCHANGE OF THE FOLLOWING <br /> EMPLOYEE FIOLIDAYS: NOVEMBER 11, 1980 EXCHANGED FOR THE DAY AFTER <br /> THANKSGIVING AND OCTOBER 13, 1980 EXCHANGED FOR THE DAY AFTER <br /> CHRISTMAS <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br /> Ayes (5) Fahey, Hanson, Scalze, DeBace, Nadeau. <br /> Hayes (O). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears inResolution Book No. 6, Page 237. <br /> Employee Councilman DeBace reported the the City of Little Canada is paid to <br /> Overtime maintain Metro Sewer's lift station on Edgerton. DeBace suggested that <br /> Pay city employees are paid for overtime spent on this lift station and this <br /> overtime in turn is billed to Metro Sewer. <br /> Mr. DeBace introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-9-364 - AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF OVERTIME <br /> PAY TO ROGER GLANZER AND DAN DRAKE FOR TFIE uIORK PERFORMED ON <br /> THE METRO SEWER LIFT STATION AND TNSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK <br /> TO BILL METF:O SEWER FOR THIS COST <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br /> Ayes (5) DeBace, Scalze, Hanson, Nadeau, Fahey. <br /> Hayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 238. <br /> Deferred The City Clerk reported that the Old Little Canada school building is <br /> Assessments up for sale. The Clerk further statedihat there are deferred assessments <br /> that should be put back on the assessments rolls for this building. <br /> Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-9-365 - CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING <br /> REGARDING THE DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS ON THE OLD LITTLE <br /> CANADA SCHOOL FOR OCTOBER 8, 1980 AT THE REGULAR COUNCIL <br /> MEETING <br /> Page -15- <br /> <br />
