<br /> MINUTES <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> September 10, 1980 <br /> Mr. Svenkeson stated that he would like to be allowed to do some minor <br /> auto body repair. <br /> Mayor Hanson infiormed Mr. Svenkeson that the Council has the right to <br /> put any restrictions it feels necessary on the license. <br /> Counci'Iman DeBace also stated that if the neighbors are disturbed by <br /> the activities, the license can be revoked. <br /> Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-9-352 - APPROVING THE AUTO REPAIR LICENSE <br /> FOR MR. ANDY SVENKESON WITH THE CONDITION THAT NO AUTO BODY <br /> REPAIR WORK IS PERMITTED ON ANY VEHICLES AND WITH THE <br /> CONDITION THAT THE AUTO REPAIR WORK DOES NOT CAUSE ANY <br /> UNDUE DISTURBANCE TO THE NEIGHBORS OF MR. SVENKESON <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> Ayes (4) Fahey, Nadeau, Hanson, DeBace. <br /> Nayes (1) Scalze. <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 232. <br /> Garage The City Clerk requested that the Engineer check the setbacks on a garage <br /> Setback located at 811 Carla Lane which was constructed by Mr. Ryan. <br /> Mr. fZyan <br /> Park Str. The Council has received a petition from the residents of Greenbrier <br /> Improvement, Circle for watermain improvement. <br /> Greenbrier <br /> Circle Mr. Nadeau introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> Watermain <br /> Improvement RESOLUTION N0. 80-9-353 - CALLING FOR A FEASIBILITY REPORT <br /> & County FROM THE CITY ENGINEER ON THE GREENBRIER CIRCLE WATERMAIN <br /> Road 6-2 PETITION <br /> Improvement <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br /> Ayes (5) Nadeau, Fahey, Hanson, DeBace, Scalze. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 232. <br /> Council has been peu~.,iuxr~~fior the following improvements: Park Street <br /> by sewer, watermain, and road construction; Greenbrier Circle by watermain; <br /> and County Road B-2 by storm sewer and watermain.
