MINUTES OF TFIE REGULAR MEETING <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> LITTLE. CANADA, MINNESOTA <br /> October 8, 1980 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br /> Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 8th <br /> day of October, 1980 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br /> located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br /> The Mayor, Mr. Raymond Hanson, chaired and called the meeting to <br /> order at 7:32 P.M. <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Raymond Hanson <br /> Councilman Mr. Robert DeBace <br /> Councilman Mr. Michael Fahey <br /> Councilman Mr. Roy Nadeau, Jr. <br /> Councilwoman Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br /> ALSO PRESENT: City Clerk Mr. Joseph Chlebeck <br /> City Attorney Mr. Clayton Parks <br /> Consulting Engineer Mr. Donald Carley <br /> Recording Secretary Mrs. Kathleen Glanzer <br /> The City Clerk announced that there was a quorum of the Council present. <br /> <br /> Approval Of Councilman Fahey stated that there were several changes to be made to <br /> <br /> The Minutes the minutes of the September 8, 1980 special Council meeting. The <br /> changes are as follows: <br /> Resolution nlo. 80-9-323 of the minutes should reference Aud. No. 1809, <br /> D/P No. 1809, Interest Rate 10% per annum, Installments - 15 Years. <br /> Resolution No. 80-9-326 should be changed to show the Aud. No. being 1831 <br /> and the D/P No. as being 1831. <br /> Resolution No. 80-9-328 should be changed by adding Imp. No. 78-6, the <br /> improvement of County Road D by sanitary sewer and changing the Aud. No. <br /> to 1832 and the D/P No. to 1832. <br /> Fahey indicated that any reference to the name of Krueger on pages 8 and <br /> 9 of the minutes should be changed to the name Braham. Krueger was the <br /> maiden name of one of the property owners involved. <br /> Fahey further indicated that the last six lines of Resolution No. 80-9-333 <br /> should be changed to read, IS INSTALLED NORTHWARDS FROM WESTWINDS TO <br /> COUNTY ROAD D OR EARLIER IF' THE CITY FINDS IT FEASIBLE AND PRACTICAL TO <br /> INCLUDE THE INSTALLATION OF THESE STUBS IN ANOTHER CITY WATER PROJECT, <br /> AND AT THE TIME THE STUBS ARE INSTALLED AS HERE AND ABOVE STATED, TFIEY <br /> SHOULD BE INSTALLED AT CITY EXPENSE, HOWEVER, IF THE PROPERTY OWNERS <br /> WANT THE STUBS BEFORE ThIAT TIME, THEY SHOULD BE INSTALLED AT TFIE PROPERTY <br /> ObINERS~ EXPENSE". <br /> And lastly, Resolution No. 80-9-335 should be changed to reference Aud. <br /> No. 1834 and D/P No. 1834. <br /> Page -1- <br /> <br />
