MINUTES City Council October 8, 1980 Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 80-10-373 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE SEPTEMBER 8, 1980 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING WITH THE OUTLINED CHANGES The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. Ayes (5) Fahey, Nadeau, Hanson, DeBace, Scalze. Nayes (O). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Pages 244 and 245. The City Clerk stated that the minutes of the September 10, 1980 regular Council meeting reflect that the Clerk was instructed to ask the Terrace Heights Mobilehome Park to remove the no parking sign they have posted on Park Street. The Clerk informed the Council that the mobilehome park has a private drive sign posted, not a no parking sign. Councilman Fahey stated that the minutes should be changed to reference a private drive sign rather than a no parking sign. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-70-374 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE SEPTEMBER 10, 1980 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING WITH THE OUTLINED CHANGE The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. I{yes (5) Fahey, Scalze, DeBace, Nadeau, Hanson. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 245. The City Clerk asked the Council to amend the minutes of the September 24, 1980 special Council meeting by changing the reference in the minutes of "reserve fund" to "contingency fund". Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-10-375 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE SEPTEMBER 24, 1980 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING WITH THE OUTLINED CfIANGE The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. ayes (5) Fahey, Scalze, Flanson, Nadeau, DeBace.
