<br /> MINUTES <br /> City Council <br /> October 8, 1980 <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> ayes (5) DeBace, Nadeau, Hanson, Fahey> Scalze. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 253. <br /> final Mr. DeBace introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> Payment <br /> Schafer RESOLUTION N0. 80-10-390 - AUTHORIZING THE FINAL PAYMENT TO <br /> Contracting SCRAPER CONTRFlCTING WITH RESERVATION UNTIL THE MYERS FRATTALONE <br /> CLAIM IS PAID <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> I{yes (5) DeBace, Nadeau, Hanson, Scalze, Fahey. <br /> Nayes (0 <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 254. <br /> Acceptance Councilman DeBace reported that he has looked over the sanitary sewer and <br /> Sewer & watermain installed in Yorkton Development and they appear to be acceptable. <br /> Water <br /> Yorkton Councilwoman Scalze asked if the City has received the easements for the <br /> Development park land from Yorkton Development. The Attorney stated that he has not <br /> received this easement. Fahey asked if the acceptance of the sewer and <br /> water should be contingent upon this easement. Councilman DeBace stated <br /> that it should not as there were still other approvals that Yorkton Development <br /> will have to get that the easement could be tied in to. <br /> Mr. DeBace introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 80-10-391 - ACCEPTI~IG TFIE SEWER AND WATERMAIN <br /> FOR YORKTON DEVELOPMENT <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr.Nadeau. <br /> dyes (5) DeBace, Nadeau, Fahey, Scalze, Hanson. <br /> Nayes (O). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 254. <br /> Councilwoman Scalze stated that there are three easements that are needed <br /> from Yorkton Development. These easements are the one for the park land, <br /> the easement along Jackson Street and the easement for the pond. <br /> The Engineer stated that he knows Yorkton Development is willing to give <br /> the easements, it is just a matter of writing up the descriptions.
