MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br /> November 5, 1980 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the <br /> Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 5th <br /> day of November, 1980 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br /> located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br /> The Mayor, Mr. Raymond Hanson, chaired and called the meeting to <br /> order at 5:00 P.M. <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Raymond Hanson <br /> Councilman Mr. Robert DeBace <br /> Councilman Mr. Michael Fahey <br /> Councilman Mr. Roy Nadeau, Jr. <br /> Councilwoman Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br /> ALSO PRESENT: City Clerk Mr. Joseph Chlebeck <br /> City Attorney Mr. Clayton Parks <br /> Recording Secretary Mrs. Kathleen Glanzer <br /> The City Clerk announced that there was a quorum of the Council present. <br /> <br /> Election The City of Little Canada election returns were as follows: <br /> <br /> Returns <br /> Precinct 1 Precinct 2 Total <br /> Mayor - <br /> Raymond Hanson 1028 1043 2071 <br /> Richard Cossack 1 l <br /> Joseph Saad 1 1 <br /> Council - <br /> Dennis Forsberg 788 823 1611 <br /> Mugs Nardini 678 720 7398 <br /> Jim Strouth 550 417 967 <br /> Jim Steele 540 440 980 <br /> Robert DeBace 1 1 2 <br /> Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 80-11-410 - DECLARING MR.
