MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br /> November 12, 1980 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br /> Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 12th <br /> day of November, 1980 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br /> located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br /> The Mayor, Mr. Raymond Hanson, chaired and called the meeting to order <br /> at 7:31 P.M. <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Raymond Hanson <br /> Councilman Mr. Robert DeBace <br /> Councilman Mr. Michael Fahey <br /> Councilman Mr. Roy Nadeau, Jr. <br /> Councilwoman Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br /> ALSO PRESENT: City Clerk Mr. Joseph Chlebeck <br /> City Attorney Ms. Sue Rossbach <br /> Consulting Engineer Mr. Donald Carley <br /> Recording Secretary Mrs. Kathleen Glanzer <br /> <br /> Approval Mrs. Scalze asked that page 21 of the minutes of the October 8, 1980 <br /> Of The Council meeting be amended to show that the School Board requested that <br /> <br /> Minutes the City lift the no-parking ban on County Road B-2 on Saturdays and <br /> Sundays. The School Board is requesting this as they will be closing <br /> the Kellogg High School parking lot on these days. This parking lot <br /> has been used by people using the tennis courts in the area. <br /> Mrs. Scalze stated that the County should be requested to remove the <br /> no-parking ban on County Road B-2 on Saturdays and Sundays. <br /> Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-11-416 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br /> OCTOBER 8, 1980 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING WIThI THE ABOVE <br /> OUi'LINED AMENDMENT <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br /> Ayes (5) Scalze, Fahey> Hanson, DeBace, Nadeau. <br /> Nayes (O). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 270. <br /> Hearing On Mayor Hanson opened the public hearing on Improvement No. 81-1, which <br /> Improvement is the improvement of County Road B-2 from Arcade Street to Edgerton <br /> No. 81-1 by watermain, storm sewer, and street restoration. According to the <br /> City Engineer's feasibility reports the cost of the watermain and <br /> street restoration improvement is estimated to be $138,419, and the <br /> cost of the storm sewer improvement is estimated to be $102,600. <br /> Page -1- <br /> <br />
