DENNIS <br /> RYAN FOR A 14 FOOT VARIANCE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A GARAGE <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. DeBace. <br /> ayes (5) Nadeau, DeBace, Fahey, Scalze, Hanson. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Pages 275 and 276. <br /> Variance There was no one present at the meeting representing A & W and their <br /> Hearing request for a 23 foot front yard set back variance. <br /> A&W <br /> Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-11-426 - TABLING TFIE VARIANCE HEARING <br /> ON THE REQUEST OF A & W FOR A 23 FOOT FRONT YARD SET <br /> BFlCK VARIANCE <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> Ayes (5) Fahey, Nadeau, Scalze, DeBace, Hanson. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 276. <br /> 10,000 Auto Mr. Jack Walsh, who is requesting a building permit fora 10,000 Fluto <br /> Parts Store Parts Store, was not present at the meeting. <br /> Mr. Nadeau introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-11-427 - TABLING ACTION ON THE BUILDING <br /> PERMIT REQUEST OF MR. JACK WALSH FORA 10,000 AUTO PARTS <br /> STORE <br /> THE foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br /> ayes (5) Nadeau> Scalze, Hanson, DeBace, Fahey. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 2.77. <br /> Warehouse Mr. Jim Nadeau appeared before the Council. Mr. Nadeau stated the <br /> Construction Preferred Sheetmetal would like to build a warehouse on their property. <br /> By Preferred <br /> Sheetmetal Mrs. Scalze pointed out that NSP would have to approve this construction. <br /> Mr. Nadeau stated that the NSP tower is h0 feet onto the Preferred <br /> Sheetmetal property. This is something that will have to be worked out. <br /> Sharon Timmons stated that the Planning Commission only approved the concept <br /> because of the problems with the NSP tower. <br /> Page -11- <br /> <br />
