<br /> MINUTES <br /> City Council <br /> November 19, 1980 <br /> Attorney Parks stated that under the City's nuisance ordinance if 'the <br /> neighbors were willing to sign a complaint and go to court, the <br /> problem could be handled in that way. <br /> Councilwoman Scalze stated that the Mayor has done a lot just by talking <br /> to people about cleaning up their yards. <br /> Mayor Hanson stated that he will continue to handle the problem this way. <br /> Rezoning Councilman Fahey stated that if the Council began its rezonings on January <br /> In 28 it could probably have the rezonings completed by June. <br /> Accordance <br /> With The City Clerk suggested that in the first meeting the Council could get <br /> Comprehensive 10 non-controversial districts rezoned. <br /> Plan <br /> Fahey suggested the Planner make up a list of the districts that could be <br /> rezoned at the first meeting. The Planner stated that there are some <br /> districts with no change. The districts with zoning changes, notices must <br /> be sent to the property owners within 350 feet of the property. Also <br /> if the changes are major, public notices would have to be sent. <br /> Mayor Hanson suggested that a hearing be called at next month's meeting. <br /> Adjourn Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-11-457 - ADJOURNING <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br /> Ayes (3) Scalze, Hanson, Fahey. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 294. <br /> There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 10:55 P.M. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> athleen Glanzer <br /> Recording Secretary <br /> Page -12« <br /> <br />
