MINUTES OF 7HE REGULAR MEETING <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br /> December 10, 1980 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br /> Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the <br /> 10th day of December, 1980 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br /> located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br /> The Mayor, Mr. Raymond Hanson, chaired and called the meeting to order <br /> at 7:33 P.M. <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Raymond Hanson <br /> Councilman Mr. Robert DeBace <br /> Councilman Mr. Michael Fahey <br /> Councilman Mr. Roy Nadeau, Jr. <br /> Councilwoman Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br /> ALSO PRESENT: City Clerk Mr. Joseph Chlebeck <br /> City Attorney Mr. Clayton Parks <br /> Consulting Engineer Mr. Donald Carley <br /> Recording Secretary Mrs. Kathleen Glanzer <br /> The City Clerk announced that there was a quorum of the Council present. <br /> Approval Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> Of The <br /> <br /> Minutes RESOLUTION N0. 80-12-458 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br /> NOVEMBER 5, 1980 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING, THE MINUTES <br /> OF THE NOVEMBER 12, 1980 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND THE <br /> MINUTES OF THE NOVEMBER 19, 1980 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> /{yes (5) Fahey, Nadeau, Hanson, Scalze, DeBace. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 295. <br /> A & W The City Clerk reported that the Planning Commission has informed him that <br /> Variance A & W will be coming in with a new variance proposal. Therefore, it is <br /> Hearing necessary to delete the request they now have before the Council, and <br /> begin the procedure again when the new request comes in. <br /> Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-12-459 - CLOSING THE PUBLIC HEFlRING <br /> ON THE V RIANCE REQUEST FOR THE A & W <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> Ayes (5) Scalze, Nadeau, Fahey, DeBace, Hanson. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 296. <br /> Page -1- <br /> <br />
