<br /> MINUTES <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> December 10, 1980 <br /> Transfer Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> Construction <br /> Funds RESOLUTION N0. 80-12-483 - TRANSFERRING $1,862.61 FROM <br /> FUND 552 TO CONSTRUCTION FUND 556 AND CLOSING FUND 552 <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> Ayes (5) Fahey, Nadeau, Hanson, DeBace, Scalze. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 309. <br /> Game Room The Last Chance Saloon has applied fora game room license. <br /> License <br /> Last Chance Mr. Hanson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> Saloon <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-12-484 - APPROVING TFIE GAME ROOM LICENSE <br /> FOR THE LAST CHANCE SALOON AND INSTRUCTING THAT A COPY OF <br /> THE CITY ORDINANCE BE SENT TO TFIE LAST CHANCE SALOON SO <br /> THAT THE OWNERS KNOW WHAT IS INVOLVED IN THE OPERATION OF <br /> SUCH A FACILITY <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br /> ayes (5) Fahey, Hanson, Scalze, DeBace, Nadeau. <br /> Playes (0 <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 310. <br /> 1981 Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> Animal <br /> Control RESOLUTION N0. 80-12-485 - APPROVING THE 1981 ANIMAL <br /> Contract CONTROL CONTRACT WITFI AN INCREASE OF $27.00 PER MONTH <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> Ayes (5) Scalze, Nadeau, Hanson, DeBace, Fahey. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 310. <br /> Awarding Mayor Hanson commented that this was the last meeting for Mr. Robert DeBace <br /> Nameplates and Mr. Roy Nadeau, Jr. as Councilmen. Their terms of office expire on <br /> Mr. DeBace December 31, 1980. Mayor Hanson thanked Mr. DeBace and Mr. Nadeau for <br /> Mr. Nadeau the work they have done over the years for the City. <br /> Mrs. Scalze also stated that Messrs.
