<br /> MINUTES <br /> City Council <br /> December 10, 1980 <br /> Transfer Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> Of $13,172 <br /> To General RESOLUTION N0. 80-12-480 - AUTHORIZING THE TRFlNSFER OF <br /> Fund 13,172.00 FROM THE CONSTRUCTION FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. DeBace. <br /> ayes (5) Fahey, DeBace, Hanson, Nadeau, Scalze. <br /> Nayes (0 <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 308. <br /> Unpaid Councilman Fahey reported that there are some unpaid charges due the City <br /> Charges Planner. Mr. Gagne owes the Planner $75.40 and Mr. Langsley owes the <br /> Due The Planner $133.41. Fahey recommended that the monies owed by Mr. Gagne <br /> Planner be put on his assessments. As Mr. Langsley does not own the property <br /> that he had a proposal on and which the Planner did some work for him, <br /> Fahey is recommending that the City Flttorney take appropriate action to <br /> collect this money. <br /> Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-12-481 - INSTRUCTING THAT MR. GAGNE <br /> BE ASSESSED THE 75.40 WHICH HE OWES THE CITY PLANNER <br /> AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO TAKE THE NECESSARY <br /> ACTION AGAINST MR. LANGSLEY FOR THE $133.41 WHICH HE <br /> OWES THF. PLANNER <br /> T'he foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> Ayes (5) Fahey, Nadeau, Hanson, Scalze, DeBace. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Pages 308 and 309. <br /> North Star The North Star Trailer park was late in paying their water bill and were <br /> Trailer charged a late penalty of $548.49. Mr. Husnik, who owns the trailer park, <br /> Park reported that he did not receive the bill and that is why he was late in <br /> Water paying it. Mr. Husnik has requested that the penalty be deleted. <br /> Penalty <br /> Charge Mr. Nadeau introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 80-12-482 - REQUESTING MR. HUSNIK TO APPEAR <br /> TO THE JANUARY 7, 1981 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING 1'0 DISCUSS <br /> THE LATE PENALTY CFIARGED AGAINST NORTH STAR TRAILER COURT <br /> FOR LATE PAYMENT OF THEIR WATER BILL <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br /> Ayes (5) Nadeau, Hanson, Scalze, DeBace, Fahey. <br /> Nayes (0 <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 309. <br /> Page -15- <br /> <br />
