<br /> MINUTES <br /> City Council <br /> December 10, 1980 <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br /> Ayes (5) Nadeau, Flanson, Scalze, DeBace, Fahey. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 297. <br /> Amending Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> The Agenda <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-12-462 - AMENDING THE AGENDA TO <br /> HEAR ITEMS FROM THE FLOOR <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> Ayes (5) Fahey, Hanson, Nadeau, DeBace, Scalze. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 298. <br /> Hoggsbreath Mr. Nadeau stated that he would like to compliment Mr. Tom Duray, owner <br /> of Hoggsbreath, on the condition of his parking lot. <br /> Mayor Hanson suggested to Mr. Duray that he put curb stops along the back <br /> fence so that cars cannot hit the fence. <br /> State Aid Mr. Dick Boss appeared before the Council to request Council support of <br /> Funds a resolution that would not allow the reallocation of fire state aid <br /> monies to be used for any other purpose other than retirement benefits. <br /> Mr. Nadeau introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-12-463 - APPROVING THE RESOLUTION <br /> OPPGSING THE REALLOCATION OF FIRE STATE AID TO ANY <br /> PURPOSE OTHER THAN PRESENTLY MANDATES AND INSTRUCTING THAT <br /> THIS RESOLUTION BE FORWARDED TO THE CITY'S STATE <br /> LEGISLATURES <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br /> Ayes (5) Nadeau, Scalze, Fahey, Hanson, DeBace. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Pages 298 and 299. <br /> Noise The City Clerk reported that the noise ordinance has been reviewed by <br /> Ordinance the Planning Commission. Some suggestions have been made as to the <br /> hours of operation for snowmobiles and rubbish haulers. <br /> Mr. Fahey introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption: <br /> Page -5- <br /> <br />
