<br /> MINUTES <br /> City Council <br /> December 10, 1980 <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. DeBace. <br /> Ayes (5) Flanson, DeBace, Fahey, Nadeau, Scalze. <br /> Naves (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 300. <br /> Acceptance The Engineer recommended the City accept Westwind Drive, Reidmond Drive, <br /> Of Westwind and Sunrise Drive. <br /> Drive, <br /> Reidmond Mr. DeBace introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> Drive, And <br /> Sunrise RESOLUTION N0. 80-12-466 - ACCEPTING WESTWIND DRIVE, <br /> Drive REIDMOND DRIVE AND SIINRISE DRIVE. AS CITY STREETS <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br /> Ayes (5) DeBace, Scalze, Hanson, Fahey, Nadeau. <br /> Hayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 300. <br /> Frank Mr. Frank Frattalone appeared before the Council requesting approval of <br /> Frattalone a land fill permit to fill his property near Ryan's Industrial Park. <br /> Land Fill Mr. Frattalone stated that he would be filling with clean fill, namely <br /> Permit dirt, concrete block and blacktop. Mr. Frattalone stated that the <br /> Request polution Control Agency stated that he would need a demolition <br /> fill permit to fill with concrete. Frattalone said that he does not <br /> want a demolition fill permit, but a regular fill permit with the use <br /> of concrete noted on the permit. <br /> Mayor Hanson stated that once the City approves the Permit, it still has <br /> to be approved by the Polution Control Agency. <br /> Frattalone stated that he will be filling 8 to 10 feet. However, he has <br /> to remove 5 to 6 feet of peat on the property. <br /> Mr. Frattalone also informed the Council that he would not put blacktop <br /> in near the ponding area on the property. <br /> Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> PESOLUTION N0. 80-12-467 - APPROVING THE FRANK FRATTALONE <br /> LAND FILL PERMIT WITH THE STIPULATION THAT THE FILLING <br /> COMPLY WITFI THE CITY ENGINEER'S RECOMMENDATIONS AND THAT <br /> BLACKTOP NOT BE NEAR THE 100-YEAR BACK-UP AREA <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. DeBace. <br /> Ayes (5) Scalze, DeBace, Fahey, Nadeau, Flanson. <br /> Hayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 301. <br /> Page -8- <br /> <br />
