MINUTES <br />City Council <br />January 7, 1981 <br />Mr. Forsberg stated that Mr. Stenger does not own this building. Mr. <br />Stenger is only the contractor for the building. Mr. Forsberg stated <br />that the City will have to find out who is the owner of the building. <br />Tax The City Clerk reported that if the City accepts the tax forfeited property <br />Forfeited on Twin Lake Blvd. and uses it as a senior citizen housing site, the <br />Property City w511 have to pay any Federal and State liens against the property. <br />Twin Lake If the property is used for park land, the City will not have to pay <br />Blvd. anything for the property. <br />Warming Mrs. Nar~ini asked what the situation is with the warming house near <br />House the Fire Barns being on the wrong property. <br />The Attorney stated that the Mary House people own this property and that <br />no one kneNa they did until just recently. The warming house is on an <br />easement that the Mary House grated to the Water Department. <br />Senior The Flttorney stated that Mr. Frattalone will be meeting with the Planner <br />Citizen regarding the possibility of his property as a site for senior citizen <br />Flousing housing development. <br />Adjourn Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption; <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-1-27 - ADJOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fors6erg. <br />qyes (5) Nardini, Forsberg, Hanson, Scalze, Fahey. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 13. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 10:15 P.M. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />~ <br />ath een Glanzer <br />Recording Secretary <br />Page -14- <br />
