MINUTES <br />City Counc9l <br />February 11, 1981 <br />Appointment The City has received two applications for the position of Nealth <br />Of Health Inspector, These were from Mr, Simeon Luke and Mr, Tom Horwath, <br />Inspector <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its ~option: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-2-76 - APPOINTIPIG MR, TOP1 HORWATH <br />AS THE CITY S HEALTFI IPISPECTOR fOR THE YEAR 1981 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs, Plardini. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Nardini, Hanson, Forsberg, Fahey. <br />Playes (0), <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 46. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-2-77 - SETTING THE SFlLFlRY OF THE CITY'S <br />HEALTH INSPECTOR FlT 10,00 PER COMPLFlINT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze, <br />qyes (5) Fahey, Scalze, Hanson, Nardini, Forsberg. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 46, <br />Kellerman The City has received a complaint from Mr, and Mrs. Kellerman concerning <br />Complaint the 1ighting of some industrial huildings, Mayor Hanson and Mr: Forsberg <br />stated that they would check this out, <br />Greenwood Mayor Hanson reported that the Planning Commission was recently presented <br />Proposal with a concept p1an for a home for men`tally retarded citizens to be <br />located on Minnesota Street, This proposal will be presented again <br />to the Planning Commission at their March 5 meeting, <br />Tax The City C1erk reported that he has not yet received the tax information <br />Forfieted on the tax forfieted property on South Owasso Blvd, <br />Property <br />So.Owasso <br />Metro Waste The City has received a letter requesting that someone from Little <br />Control Canada be appointed to the Metro Waste Control Fldvisory Board, Mayor <br />Qoard Hanson stated that this is for information only, <br />Above Mayor Hanson stated that he is concerned that there may be some violations <br />Ground in the City of above-ground fuel storage, Hanson stated that the State <br />Fuel Fire Marshall should review this, <br />Storage <br />The Flttorney informed the Council that the City has an ordinance regulating <br />this fuel storage. <br />Page -16- <br />
