MINUTES <br />City Council <br />February 11, 1981 <br />Sign The City Clerk requested that sign requests should be first directed <br />Ordinance to the City Clerk and the Planner. The Clerk stated that he wi71 review <br />the requests before the Building Inspector gets them.. <br />Sewer Mrs, Nardini informed the Council that the house located next to Mr, <br />Hook Up Anderson on Rice Street is not hooked up to sewer, Mrs, Nard9ni. <br />On Rice also commented on the poor condition of the house. <br />Street <br />~ayor Hanson stated that the flealth Inspector should check lnto the <br />seurer situation at this home. <br />Haynes Mrs. Nardini reported that in 1980 she paid Naynes Tree Service to <br />Tree remove a tree stump from her yard. They have not done so, <br />Service <br />Mayor Hanson commented that the Tree lnspector should look into this. <br />Sale Of Mrs. Nardin{ asked the Council if with the pending sale of the Providences <br />Providences Flpartments the Council should be requesting any improvements to the property. <br />Flpartments The City Clerk reported that the neighbor to the Providences has always <br />complained about the condition of the fence, <br />The City Clerk a1so commented that when they convert to condominiums, <br />they will be coming in before the Council. <br />Street The Canabury Homeowners Association has requested a street light for the <br />Light southwest corner of Demont and Canabury Court, <br />Demont & <br />Canabury Mr. Forsberg introduced the following resolution and moved its adopt9on: <br />Drive <br />RESOLUTION N0, 81-2-78 - APPROVING THE STREET LIGHT <br />REQUEST FOR TEIE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF DEMONT AND <br />CANABURY COURT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. fahey, <br />Ayes (5~ Forsberg, Fahey, Hanson, Nardini, Scalze, <br />Nayes (Oj, <br />Resolution declared adopted, <br />This resolution appears in Resolut9on Book No. 7, Page 47. <br />Pat Co1lova Mr. Forsberp reported that pat Collova is requesting a land fill permit <br />Land Fill for some property he owns behind the DeBace property and near the City <br />Permit P~aintenance garage. Mr. Forsberg reported that neither Mr, De~ace nor <br />Roger Glanzer of the Utility Department object to the fi)ling, <br />Mr. Forsberg recommended that the permit be granted, but the City <br />Engineer should control the drainage of the area so that the filling <br />d.oes not interfere with the City's ma9ntenance garage, <br />Page -17- <br />
