MINUTES City Council February 13, 1981 Mrs. Scalze stated that according to her calculations there are approximately five property owners opposed to the project within the 350 foQt area, out of a possibte 30 property owners. Mr. Waite informed the Counc~l that he owned the property before the Schrier matter ever came up. Mr. 6~laite also stated that he talked to Mrs. Strouth and she was not opposed to his proposal. Mayor Hanson stated that the matter could be tabled until March ~4 and this would g~ve the City time to get the appraisals on the property. Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its acloption: RESOLUTION f~10. 81-2-63 - CLOSING THE PUBLIC FIF.ARI~1G ON THE PROPOSED PUD REZONING OF THE ROCKY WAITE PROPERTY OPI RUTH STREET The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. ~lardini. Ayes (5) Scalze, Nardini, Flanson, Forsberg, fahey. Nayes (0). Resolution declared ~Iopted.
