MINUTES <br />City Counci7 <br />February 25, 1981 <br />Council <br />Salaries <br />Ut~lity <br />Dept. <br />Repo rt <br />Acljourn <br />Mrs. Scalze stated that she felt a~erson not on the agenda should have <br />the opportunity to address the Council at the end of Council business. <br />Mrs. Nardini commented to the Council that the Counci1 should have considered <br />increasing their salaries at the 79II1 budget meeting. <br />The City Clerk commented that any increase in Counc~l salaries must be acted <br />upon 60 days prior to an election. This gives the people the option to put <br />this on the election ballot. <br />Mrs. Nardini suggested that this be considered at the budget meeting for <br />1982. <br />Mr. Forsberg reported that blacktopping bids should be ready for consideration <br />at the next Council meeting. <br />Fnrsberg reported that this Saturday <br />at the City Center.
