MI~UTES <br />City Council <br />February 25, 1981 <br />Someone stated that the owner of Lot 7 and 8 did not receive a not~ce of <br />the public hearing tonight. The Mayor replied that Mrs. Lundeen is the <br />owner of record of Lots 7 and 8 and she did receive a notice of the hearing. <br />This was the case of a fee owner receiving the notice. <br />Mr. Fahey introducecl the fo1lowing resolution and moved its adoption; <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87-2-92 - CLOSING THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE <br />ROPOSED REZONING OF THE PROPERTY IN QUESTION LOCATED ON <br />COUNTY ROAb D <br />The foregoing reso1ution was duly seconded by Mrs. Sca7ze. <br />qyes (5) Fahey, Scalze, Hanson, Forsberg, Nard~ini. <br />Nayes (0}, <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 55. <br />Mayor Hanson asked if he wou1d be out-of-order voting on this proposed <br />rezoning as his property abutts the property in question, The C9ty <br />Planner stated that he would not as the Mayor has no direct interest <br />in the property. <br />Mr. Fahey 9ntroduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION M0. 81-2-93 - APPROVING THE RFZONINf Of THF <br />PROPERT LOCA7ED ON COUNTY ROAD D FROM B-2 OR LIGHT INDUSTRTAL <br />AND PUD TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. <br />qyes (5) Fahey, Forsberg, Nardini, Scalze, Hanson. <br />Nayes (0}, <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolutian appears in Resolution Book No. i, Page 56. <br />By Resolution No. 81-2-93 the Council rezoned the following pr~perties from <br />B-2 or Light Industrial and PUD to Single Family Residential: <br />Auditors Subdivision ~o. 43 - Ex. S. 802.6 Ft as measured along W line of <br />E. 49.23 Ft; the S, 49,23 Ft of Lot 8, Parcel No, 53-02700-040-08, <br />Auditors Subdivision N0. ~}3 - Ex. E. 49.23 Ft and Ex, S, 802,6 ft of Lot 6, Fllso <br />Ex. S. 802.7 Ft of Lot 7. Parcel No. 53-03700-050-07. <br />Insurance Mr. Richard McNamara of the McNamara Insurance Agency appeared before the <br />Coverage Council. The Councll had previous1y asked Mr. McNamara to look into <br />professional liability or pub1ic official legal liability insurance <br />coverage for the Council and staff. Mr. McNamara has found some coverage <br />and would now like authorization to send in a final application for the <br />coverage and get a final quote. <br />7he policy would cover the City's public officia1s and appointed people <br />under the Council's direction. <br />Paae -6- <br />
