MINUTES <br />City Council <br />Flpri7 8, 1981 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Flyes (5) Scalze, Fahey, Hanson, Nardini, Forsberg. <br />Nayes (O). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 109. <br />Mr. Fahey introducecl the following reso7ution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-4-165 - APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT REQUESTED BY MR. FRFlNK FRATTALONE FOR UNDERGROUND <br />FUEL TFlNKS AND FOR OUTSIDE STORFlGE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Hanson, Nardini, Forsberg, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 109. <br />Mr. Frattalone informed the Council that he has a change he wants to <br />make to his building plans which includesthe moving of the offices <br />proposed for the building so that they are not located in a second <br />story, but on the same leve7 as the rest of the building. <br />The City Clerk informed Mr. Frattalone that he will have to submit <br />new plans and they would be resubmitted to the Planning Commission. <br />Pub7ic Mr. Johnson has requested that the City of Little Canada vacate the <br />Hearing proposed Lake Street an<I alleyway located between Keller Parkway and <br />Proposed LaBore Road. <br />Vacation <br />Of Lake The following people were present objecting to the vacation: Dr. and <br />Street Mrs. Thomas Keenan, Mr. Mason, Mr. Bernie Carlson, and Mr. Boyson. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following reso7ution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-4-166 - CLOSING THE PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON THE PROPOSED VACFlTTON OF LAKE STREET A~1D ALLEYWAY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded Mr. Fahey. <br />qyes (5) Scalze, Fahey, Hanson, Nardini, Forsberg. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 110. <br />Mrs. Nardini put a motion on the floor to deny the vacation of Lake Street. <br />Mrs. Scalze seconded that motion. The City Attorney stated that the <br />proper way to deny the vacation would be to put a motion on the floor <br />to approve the vacation and then vote it down. Mrs. Nardini and Mrs. <br />Scalze withdrew their motion. <br />Page -74- <br />
