Lee re~lied that he is <br />considexing developing industrial buildings on this property, <br />The Council pointed out to Mr. Lee that th~ neighbors in the area <br />would not go along with the rezoning of any R 1 property to industrial. <br />t+ir. F'ahey expressed coracern that the ~ouncil previously approveq <br />the development of i~lr. Lee~s tract C with the biacktop right up to <br />the residentially zoned area. F'ahey f'elt that any screenixig from <br />residentiai property should be on l;he industrial portion o£ the <br />~roperty. <br />There was no one else present wishing to spealc on the Yorkton Development <br />proposai. <br />1lrs.
