MINUTES City Council Flpri7 15, 1981 Frank The City Clerk reported that Mr. Frattalone has not submitted his Frattalone application for industrial revenue bonds, therefore, the Council Industrial cannot take action on his request to call for a public hearing on Revenue this matter. Bonds Development Mrs. Scalze informed the Council that there is a large development In that will be going in in the City of Maplewood that will be asking Maplewood to hook up to Little Canada sewer. The City Clerk reported that this item is on the agenda for the April 22 Council meeting. The C7erk stated that it would be difficult for the City to refuse this request if the City has the capacity to allow the hook-ups. Mrs. Sca7ze asked if the City cou7d refuse the hook-ups if they felt the cirainage situation was bad. The Attorney stated that the City could do this if the City Engineer would give the Council a report to this effect. Meeting Mr. Fahey reminded the Council that there is a 90 day moratorium in With Mr. effect for the issuance of building permits on R-3 property. Fahey Schrier stated that he would like the Council to take action on the proposed rezoning of the Schrier property at the next regular Council meeting. Mrs. Nardini suggested that this item be put on the agenda for the May 13 Council meeting as the Council has a work session scheduled with Mr. Schrier on A,pril 29. Adjourn Mr. Forsberg introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTIOM M0. 81-4-193 - FlDJOURNING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. Ayes (5) Forsberg, Fahey, Nanson, Nardini, Scalze. Nayes (O). Resolution dec7ared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Pages 126 and 127.
