Mr. Lee stated that he has el~im9nated <br />Tract E, f, the triangular piece of R-1 property from the site. Mr. Lee also stated <br />G and H that Tract H and a 35 foot strip on the west of Tracts F and F were going <br />to be sold to Buck Blacktop. Buck alacktop intends to combine this property <br />with his present property. <br />Mr. Lee also stated that he may have a party interested in purchasing the <br />Buck Blacktop property, and Mr. Lee 4s trying to find a new location for <br />Buck 61acktop. <br />Mr. Lee also informed the Council that he cannot cfedicate the street as <br />recommended by the City Planner until he gets a release from the Kline's. <br />They are the fee owner on the property. Mr. Lee stated that he did not <br />want to pay the Kline's until he takes out a buf1ding permit on the property. <br />Mr. Fahey stated that the street should be dedicated as a part of the <br />property division. <br />Page -11- <br />
